1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and red baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at red-baji.net. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the red baji platform, including its website, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related features and functionality.

By completing the account registration process, you represent and warrant that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you are accessing the red baji platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

red baji reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the red baji platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates. The version of this Agreement displayed on the platform at any given time is the version in force.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the red baji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. red baji strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling online, you are not permitted to use the red baji platform.
• Single Account: Each player may hold only one registered account with red baji. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Personal Use: Your account must be used solely for personal recreational purposes. You must not use your account to place wagers on behalf of third parties or as part of a commercial gambling operation.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from the red baji platform or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.

red baji implements age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory proof cannot be provided. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited and, where applicable, returned to the depositing payment method.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the red baji platform — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. red baji relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending transactions, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. red baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

red baji operates a KYC verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. We may request verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the red baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). red baji does not charge currency conversion fees, and there are no hidden processing charges applied by the platform to standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside red baji's control.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

red baji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and may be subject to your account's verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the red baji payments team during operational hours. For mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), processing is typically completed within one to two hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. red baji does not guarantee specific processing times as these may be affected by factors outside our control, including payment provider processing schedules and network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money-laundering obligations. red baji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed where a player's account is under investigation, subject to a chargeback dispute, or holds a pending KYC verification request.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

red baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and this section, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times are in violation of this Agreement. red baji reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where abuse of the bonus system is suspected or confirmed.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each game or game category will be set out in the specific promotion terms or within the platform's bonus policy documentation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the player's account. red baji is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry.

5.5 Seasonal and BPL Promotions

red baji runs special promotional campaigns tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL season, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh celebrations. These promotions are subject to additional specific terms which will be published on the platform at the time of the promotion. Promotional offers are available for a limited time only and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game sessions on the red baji platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. These rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the platform at the time the bet is confirmed. red baji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market affected by a data feed error, where odds are clearly erroneous, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected. All bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.

6.2 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play cricket betting — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other live cricket events — is available on the red baji platform subject to market availability. Live odds fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. There may be a brief delay between in-play events and odds updates due to data processing latency. red baji will not be held responsible for bets placed during periods of delayed data feed. Bets confirmed before a suspension of play or market closure will stand unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on the red baji platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. red baji does not guarantee any specific outcome, win rate, or return to any individual player. Casino game results are final and binding once the game round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays — in the event of a game interruption due to a verified technical fault, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and may vary by game, market, player account level, and promotional period. red baji reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

red baji is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and Collusion: Any form of fraud, collusion with other players, or use of automated systems (bots, scripts, or macros) to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors in the platform to generate illegitimate winnings, or participating in bonus schemes in a manner clearly intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the red baji platform to launder funds from illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices, and suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider against deposits made to your red baji account. Any balance associated with a disputed deposit will be frozen pending investigation.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Prohibited Software: Using any software, tool, or technical method designed to interfere with, circumvent, or manipulate the operation of the red baji platform, its games, or its security systems.

red baji employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, red baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets associated with the violation, and withhold withdrawal of any associated balance pending investigation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a player account in accordance with the provisions of this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your red baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance (subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion tools available within their account settings. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to six months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available on request and is irreversible. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from red baji. If you attempt to register a new account during a self-exclusion period, that account will be closed and any associated funds will be refunded.

8.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

red baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has violated any provision of this Agreement.
• A player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• A player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• An account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Closure is required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by red baji as a result of a violation of this Agreement, any remaining balance may be forfeited at red baji's discretion, and the player will be notified in writing of the reason for closure to the email address registered on the account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the red baji platform — including but not limited to the red baji name, logo, brand elements, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of red baji or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the red baji platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of red baji.

Game titles, logos, and content provided by third-party software providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. red baji's licence to offer these games does not extend any intellectual property rights in those games to players.

Any unauthorised use of red baji intellectual property — including scraping, automated data collection, or reproduction of odds data — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, red baji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the red baji platform or any service provided thereon.

10.1 Platform Availability

red baji endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, and third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. red baji will not be liable for any losses, including lost wagers or missed betting opportunities, arising from platform downtime or interruption.

10.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on the red baji platform. red baji is not liable for any gambling losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform. All decisions to place wagers are made voluntarily by you, and you accept full responsibility for the financial consequences of those decisions.

10.3 Third-Party Services

The red baji platform may rely on third-party services including payment processors, game software providers, and live data feed providers. red baji is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of these third parties. Any dispute with a third-party service provider must be resolved directly with that provider.

11 Privacy & Data Use

red baji collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and the provision of services to registered players. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at red-baji.net/privacy-policy.

By registering an account and using the red baji platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

red baji implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted to and from the red baji platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and red baji cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to the platform.

red baji will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third parties where required for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors and game software providers), where required by law, or where necessary to investigate suspected violations of this Agreement.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

red baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on the account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The amended terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the red baji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severed provision.

12.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and red baji with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

12.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of this Agreement and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
